In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pk368", "we", "us", "our" refers to the pk368 platform, its operating entity, and all associated services accessible via pk368.bio and any related domains.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the pk368 platform or uses any part of the pk368 service.
• "Platform" means the pk368 website, web application, any mobile-optimised interface, and all games, betting markets, payment features, and promotional systems accessible through those interfaces.
• "Account" means the personal, PKR-denominated account created by a Player upon successful registration on pk368.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the sole base currency of all pk368 accounts.
• "Bet" means any wager placed on a sports market, live betting event, casino game, slot title, or any other game of chance available on the pk368 platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, welcome bonus, reload offer, cashback amount, or free spin equivalent credited to an Account by pk368 under any active promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total bet volume that must be completed before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
• "Verification" means the identity and age verification process required by pk368 under its international licensing obligations and responsible gaming policy.
• "Certified RNG" means a Random Number Generator that has been independently tested and certified by an accredited third-party testing laboratory for fairness and statistical integrity.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary restriction placed on an Account at the Player's request, preventing access to the pk368 platform for a defined or indefinite period.

By accessing the pk368 platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a Bet, or using any feature of the pk368 service, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Acceptance is confirmed by the act of registration. You do not need to sign a separate document — your use of the platform constitutes acceptance. If these Terms are updated, your continued use of the pk368 platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

pk368 reserves the right to require Players to re-confirm acceptance of these Terms at any time, including after a material update. Where a Player declines to re-confirm, pk368 may restrict Account access until confirmation is provided or, where appropriate, close the Account and return any verified real-money balance.

Use of the pk368 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously and on a continuing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This age restriction is absolute and non-negotiable. pk368 does not permit access, registration, or betting by persons under 21 under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own capacity and on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and other non-individual legal persons may not register an Account.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, including any Self-Exclusion you have previously requested on the pk368 platform.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee, director, or officer of pk368 or any affiliated company.

Each Player may hold only one Account on the pk368 platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared Accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pk368 uses automated and manual checks to detect duplicate registrations, including matching on mobile number, device fingerprint, payment method details, and IP address.

At registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any additional information requested during the verification process. You must update your Account information promptly if any details change.

4.1 Registration Information

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required. pk368 treats registration data as the authoritative record of Account ownership.

4.2 Mobile Number Verification

A valid Pakistani mobile number is required for registration and is used as a primary security credential. Your mobile number must remain active and accessible to you at all times. pk368 uses SMS-based one-time passwords (OTP) for login verification, withdrawal authorisation, and security alerts. You are responsible for maintaining access to your registered mobile number.

4.3 Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your pk368 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your most recently used payment method within a reasonable processing period. Bonus Funds are not returned on voluntary Account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk368 Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

All transactions and bets placed using your Account credentials are deemed to have been authorised by you. pk368 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain credential security.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your Account security settings — this is strongly recommended for all pk368 Players.
• Never share your OTP, password, or Account recovery codes with any person, including persons claiming to represent pk368 customer support.
• Log out of your Account when using shared or public devices.
• Notify pk368 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

All deposits to your pk368 Account must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the sending account belongs to a person other than the registered Account holder — are not permitted and will be returned to the originating source.

pk368 accepts deposits via the following Pakistani payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank transfer, UBL Bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Allied Bank transfer, SadaPay, Raast, 1LINK, USDT TRC20, and retail cash. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per method are displayed at the time of deposit and may vary based on your Account verification tier.

6.1 Processing Times

JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your pk368 Account instantly upon successful transaction confirmation from the payment network. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, Raast, and 1LINK are typically credited within one to three business hours during standard banking hours. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited following network confirmation, typically within five to fifteen minutes.

6.2 Deposit Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all deposit transaction details. pk368 cannot be held responsible for delays or failures caused by incorrect transaction references, incorrect account numbers, or banking system outages outside pk368's control. In the event of a deposit not crediting within the stated processing time, contact pk368 customer support with your payment reference number.

6.3 Currency

All Account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion fees or foreign exchange margins applied to PKR transactions. USDT deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing market rate at the time of deposit confirmation; the applicable rate is displayed before you confirm the transaction.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by verified pk368 Account holders. Verification requires submission of a valid government-issued identity document (CNIC, passport, or driving licence) and confirmation of the payment method to be used for withdrawal. pk368 reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal at its discretion.

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment methods registered in the same name as the pk368 Account. Withdrawal to third-party accounts, regardless of the stated reason, is not permitted.

7.1 Processing Times

Verified withdrawal requests are processed by pk368 within one business day of submission. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals typically reach the Player's wallet within minutes of pk368 processing. Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, Raast, and 1LINK are subject to the receiving bank's standard credit processing timeline, typically same day to one business day.

7.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Real-money balance (funds deposited by the Player) may be withdrawn at any time subject to identity verification requirements.
• Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn directly. Only real-money balance remaining after completion of applicable Wagering Requirements may be withdrawn.
• pk368 reserves the right to delay processing of any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms, pending investigation.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts per method are displayed at the time of withdrawal request submission.

pk368 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spin equivalents, and loyalty programme rewards. All promotions are subject to these general bonus Terms and any specific terms stated in the individual promotion.

8.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to Players aged 21 and over who have completed standard Account verification.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per payment method, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to Wagering Requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering Requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates are stated in each promotion's specific terms. Where not stated, a default wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount applies.
• pk368 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to Players who have accepted an offer in good faith.

8.2 Bonus Abuse

pk368 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk bet staking strategies designed to meet Wagering Requirements without genuine gameplay risk, coordinated claiming across multiple Accounts, and exploitation of errors or system anomalies to generate bonus credits. Where bonus abuse is detected, pk368 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom, and to close the Account.

All bets placed on the pk368 sportsbook — including cricket, PSL, ICC events, football, tennis, UFC, and all other available markets — are subject to the following rules:

• Bets are only valid once confirmed by the pk368 system and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets not yet confirmed are not binding on pk368.
• Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error — including manifest errors in odds due to technical faults — pk368 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player's Account.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts per market are displayed at the time of bet placement and may vary by sport, market type, and Account tier.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to slight delays in processing due to the nature of real-time data transmission. pk368 is not liable for bets placed on events whose outcome has already been determined at the time the bet instruction is received, where the delay was caused by network conditions outside pk368's control.
• Multi-bets (accumulators) are permitted on eligible markets. All selections in a multi-bet must individually qualify under the applicable market rules for the multi-bet to be valid.

9.1 Voided Bets

A bet may be voided by pk368 in circumstances including: event abandonment or postponement beyond defined resettlement periods, obvious pricing errors, match-fixing suspicion, data feed failure, or where a Player has breached these Terms. Voided bet stakes are returned to the Player's Account balance.

All casino games available on the pk368 platform — including live dealer tables, slot titles, and virtual games — operate using Certified RNG software or live studio equipment that has been independently tested and certified for fairness. Game RTP (Return to Player) percentages are published and available for review.

Game outcomes are determined solely by the certified game engine or live dealer outcome. pk368 has no ability to influence individual game outcomes. In the event of a discrepancy between a Player's screen display and the pk368 server log, the server log is the authoritative record and will be used to determine the correct outcome.

10.1 Game Interruption

In the event of a disconnection or technical interruption during an active game round, pk368 systems will complete the game round using the server-side game state at the time of interruption. Winnings or losses from the completed round will be applied to your Account balance upon reconnection. pk368 is not liable for interrupted rounds caused by the Player's internet connection, device, or power failure.

10.2 Slot Games

All slot titles available on pk368, including Egypt Book of Mystery and all MG Live catalogue titles, are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers. Each title operates under the supplier's certified RNG and the published RTP for that title. Bonus features within slots, including free spin rounds and multipliers, are triggered by the certified game engine according to the published game rules.

pk368 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its obligations in this area with the utmost seriousness. Gambling should be a form of entertainment — not a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable and starts causing concern, pk368 provides the following tools:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits on your Account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and are subject to a cooling-off period of 24 hours when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been logged in for a defined duration.
• Cool-Off Period: Apply a temporary restriction of 24 hours to 30 days to your Account, during which you may not deposit or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Request indefinite or defined-period Self-Exclusion at any time via Account settings or by contacting customer support. Self-Exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of the request being confirmed and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Players who are concerned about their gambling behaviour are encouraged to review our full Responsible Gaming Policy and to make use of the Account management tools described above. pk368 support staff are trained to handle responsible gaming requests with sensitivity and without judgment.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the pk368 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, entitling pk368 to suspend or close your Account and forfeit any balance held therein:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during verification.
• Creating or operating more than one pk368 Account, or colluding with another Player to exploit the platform through coordinated accounts.
• Using any automated system, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets on events whose outcome you have prior non-public knowledge of.
• Using the platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Exploiting software errors, technical glitches, or pricing anomalies for financial gain.
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes with payment providers in bad faith after receiving services from pk368.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pk368 customer support staff or other Players on any pk368 communication channel.

All content on the pk368 platform — including but not limited to the pk368 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pk368 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk368 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the pk368 platform or its content.

Any unauthorised use of pk368 intellectual property may result in immediate Account termination and may expose the infringing party to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, account transaction, bonus calculation, or any other aspect of the pk368 service, the following procedure applies:

1. Step 1 — Contact Customer Support: Submit your dispute to pk368 customer support with full details including your Account username, the date and time of the disputed event, the relevant bet reference number or transaction ID, and a clear description of the issue. Support is available 24/7.
2. Step 2 — Internal Review: pk368 will acknowledge your dispute within 24 hours of receipt and will provide a substantive response within five business days. Complex disputes involving game outcome review may require up to ten business days.
3. Step 3 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal review, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body specified under pk368's international gaming licence. Details of the applicable body are provided in pk368's licence documentation.

With respect to game outcomes determined by Certified RNG software or live dealer results, pk368's server-side records constitute the definitive record of the game outcome and are binding in all dispute proceedings.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk368 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the pk368 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

pk368's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player to their pk368 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pk368 does not exclude or limit liability for: death or personal injury caused by pk368's negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by pk368; or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The pk368 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pk368 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of odds data at any given moment, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose beyond online entertainment.

pk368 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, pk368 will provide reasonable notice to active Players by displaying a notice on the platform and, where practical, by sending a notification to the Player's registered mobile number.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this page. Continued use of the pk368 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 4.3.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk368 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution procedure set out in Section 14 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

By using the pk368 platform, you acknowledge that you have accessed the platform voluntarily and that the laws of your local jurisdiction regarding online gambling are your own responsibility to understand and comply with. pk368 makes no representation that the use of its platform is lawful in all jurisdictions from which it may be accessed.
